Fill in your Username (or email)
Fill in your Password
Make sure to follow instructions, 1. hover or click the text box below and 2. solve the captcha
Click the Log In button
Forgot Your Password link is below the Login button on the login screen
Click that link and follow instructions
If you get an error "We can't find and account registered with that address or username"
Then you have no account in the system you need to register
The registration button is located on the login page.
If the system finds your email, you will get a message to check your email
check the spam folder also, click the link in your email box
Type the new password
Login now with the new password
