Thanks for making a donation, or trying to join the Voice of Change it really helps.  Your donation helps us to pay the domain and hosting, and larger donations help us to maintain the site.  

We understand from time to time people have problems, so we extend our support to help you with these types of problems. 

If you do not have bank credit card or debit card their are alternatives.  We recommend having your bank issue a pre-paid card (without a pin) for online purchases. Please explain to them why you need the card.  They can help you get the right kind of card that works.   

If you are having trouble making  a donation follow these steps:

A. DO NOT COPY AND PASTE NUMBERS, BECAUSE THE PROCESSOR THINKS IT IS FRAUD AND WILL BLOCK THE PAYMENT

1. Check your name on the card if it matches
2. (IF ASKED FOR) Double check your billing address zip code 
3. Double-check your card number
4. Double-check your security code  CVC/CVV

Common return Errors

The card does not support this type of purchase

It has a PIN on the card :  Is it a debit card? Some debit cards require a PIN to be entered. If your customer is trying to use one of these cards they are not accepted for browser security reasons.

Cancelled 

There is a timeout for security purposes, if you took too much time to complete payment it is cancelled.  You can try again when you have every ready.

Declined

Usually there is not enough funds in the account to cover the transaction, or another bank reason. the card issuer returns this decline code on an authenticated transaction, the customer needs to contact their card issuer for more information.

RESOLUTION:  Call your bank or credit card company    Some banks limit online payments to certain types.  Below the tutorial is a list of alternative payment cards you can use.

Tutorial

When Making a payment you only enter the following: (see example below)

1. Credit Card Information

2. Credit Card Number

3. Expire Date

4. CVC  (the three digits on the back of the card)  or (the four on the front) depending on the type of card  I attached also some examples

Next Type :

5. Name on Card  (exactly as it is on the card)

6. Next select country (if it is incorrect) usually it says

United States

7. Zip Code  (this would be your billing zip code of the credit card) (note: sometimes people input the incorrect zip code from a different billing address)

7b. The last option is optional (save your card info for future transactions)  but you do not have to, if you do you would have to verify with a telephone, this is nice for people with techy knowledge but we suggest skipping this option.

8. DO NOT COPY AND PASTE NUMBERS, BECAUSE THE PROCESSOR THINKS IT IS FRAUD

Alternative payment methods:  

9. DO NOT PUT A PIN ON ONE OF THESE CARDS OR IT WILL FAIL FOR SECURITY REASONS

Stripe payment processing accepts : American Express, Discover & Diners, Mastercard & Visa

10. If you have a bank account, the best option is to get debit card from your bank WITHOUT A PIN CODE,  

11.  any bank will give a non-customer a prepaid debit card Visa/Mastercard (without a pin)  

12. Also make sure you have a little more money on the card that you intend to spend so it is accepted, we recommend $15-25 more.
